Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Cryptic proteins, often defined as proteins that are initially hidden or unexpressed under normal conditions, have garnered attention in research due to their potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Recent advancements in genomics and proteomics have revealed that many cryptic proteins can be activated under specific stress conditions or in response to cellular changes, indicating their importance in adaptation and survival. These proteins may have crucial functions in signaling pathways, protein interactions, and regulatory networks, thus contributing to our understanding of fundamental biological processes. Moreover, the study of cryptic proteins has implications in various fields, including cancer research, where they may play a role in tumor progression, and neurobiology, where they could be linked to neurodegenerative diseases. Understanding the mechanisms that regulate the expression and activity of cryptic proteins could provide new avenues for therapeutic interventions and biomarker development, making them a significant focus in contemporary biological research.
