Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB31 is a member of the RAB GTPase family, which plays a crucial role in intracellular vesicle transport, particularly in the regulation of exocytosis and endocytosis processes. Abnormalities in RAB31 function have been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic syndromes. Research into RAB31 has gained momentum as scientists are keen to understand its molecular mechanisms and interactions within the cellular environment. The recombinant expression of RAB31 allows for the study of its biochemical properties, functional assays, and potential therapeutic applications. By generating RAB31 as a recombinant protein, researchers can explore its role in membrane trafficking, cell signaling, and its interactions with other cellular proteins. This protein can also serve as a biomarker for disease states or as a target for drug development, making it a focal point in studies aimed at unraveling the complexities of cell biology and disease mechanisms. Understanding RAB31 not only enhances our comprehension of fundamental cellular processes but may also pave the way for innovative therapeutic strategies in the treatment of diseases associated with RAB dysfunction.
