简介
BMF proteins may play a key role in apoptosis, with isoform 1 being the major promoter. It interacts with anti-apoptotic proteins (including MCL1, BCL2, BCL2L1/BCL-Xl, BCL2A1 and BCL2L2/BCL-w), suggesting involvement in the regulatory network of cell death. BMF Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived BMF protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Bacteriophage M13 filamentous bacteriophage (BMF) is a well-studied platform in molecular biology and biotechnology, primarily due to its ability to display proteins on its surface and facilitate various applications such as phage display for antibody and peptide discovery. Research on BMF recombinant proteins has gained significant attention as they can be engineered for diverse purposes, including the delivery of vaccines, development of diagnostic tools, and basic research into protein-protein interactions. The structural and functional versatility of BMF allows for the incorporation of multiple peptides or proteins, which can be utilized to create novel biosensors or therapeutic agents. Additionally, the ease of genetic manipulation and the ability to produce recombinant proteins in high yields make BMF an attractive system for industrial applications. As our understanding of BMF continues to grow, so does its potential in advancing fields like immunology, protein engineering, and nanotechnology. Overall, BMF recombinant proteins represent a promising area of research with significant implications for science and medicine.
