简介
IL-20R beta Protein (IL20RB) is the beta subunit of IL-20 receptor, forms functional heterodimers with different subunit protein and involves in STAT3 activation pathway[1]. IL-20R beta Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is produced in HEK293 cells with a full length of 225 amino acids and a C-Terminal His-tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-26R beta, a novel receptor subunit for Interleukin-26 (IL-26), has garnered significant attention in immunological research due to its potential role in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. IL-26, a cytokine primarily produced by T-helper 17 (Th17) cells, is known to contribute to the pathogenesis of various conditions, including psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, and inflammatory bowel disease. The identification of IL-26R beta as a critical component of the IL-26 signaling pathway has opened new avenues for understanding the mechanisms underlying these diseases. Studies have shown that the interaction between IL-26 and its receptor can modulate immune responses, influencing the activation and recruitment of immune cells. Furthermore, IL-26R beta may serve as a therapeutic target, as blocking its activity could potentially alleviate inflammation and tissue damage associated with chronic inflammatory conditions. Ongoing research focuses on characterizing the structural and functional properties of the IL-26R beta recombinant protein, which may facilitate the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating IL-26-mediated signaling pathways. This understanding not only contributes to the basic science of immune system regulation but also proposes practical implications for treating complex diseases where IL-26 signaling is implicated.
