稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CELA3A, also known as chymotrypsin-like elastase family member 3A, is a serine protease that plays a significant role in various physiological processes, including tissue remodeling and immune response. Research on CELA3A has garnered interest due to its potential implications in disease pathogenesis, particularly in inflammatory conditions and cancer. Elevated levels of CELA3A are often associated with chronic inflammatory diseases, such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), where it contributes to extracellular matrix degradation and tissue damage. Moreover, studies have suggested a role for CELA3A in tumor progression, as it may facilitate cancer cell invasion and metastasis by modulating the tumor microenvironment. Understanding the molecular mechanisms regulating CELA3A expression and activity is crucial for developing targeted therapeutics aimed at mitigating its pathological effects. Recent advancements in proteomic techniques and molecular biology have enabled researchers to elucidate the substrate specificity and functional pathways of CELA3A, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for disease diagnosis and a target for therapeutic intervention. Thus, ongoing research into CELA3A and its reconstituted protein forms aims to unravel its complex roles in health and disease, paving the way for novel treatment strategies.
