简介
The PACSIN1 protein has multiple functions in cell dynamics, reorganizing microtubules and the actin cytoskeleton. PACSIN1 interacts with MAPT, reduces microtubule stability and inhibits MAPT-induced polymerization. PACSIN1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived PACSIN1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PACSIN1, a member of the PACSin protein family, is known for its role in clathrin-mediated endocytosis and intracellular trafficking. Researchers have increasingly focused on PACSIN1 due to its critical functions in cellular processes, such as synaptic plasticity, neuronal development, and the regulation of membrane dynamics. Disruptions in PACSIN1 function have been implicated in various neurological disorders, including schizophrenia and autism spectrum disorders, highlighting its significance in brain function and behavior. The study of PACSIN1 recombinant proteins offers valuable insights into its structural and functional properties, providing a platform for understanding how mutations or alterations in PACSIN1 may affect cellular pathways. Moreover, recombinant PACSIN1 can be utilized to explore its interactions with other proteins involved in endocytosis and neurobiology, contributing to the development of therapeutic strategies targeting neurological diseases. Given the complexity of PACSIN1's role in cellular interactions, further research into its recombinant forms is essential to unravel its precise mechanisms of action and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in neurological disorders.
