简介
The TXNDC4 protein is critical in cellular processes, mediating thiol-dependent retention in the early secretory pathway. Its conserved CRFS motif forms mixed disulfide bonds with substrate proteins to control oxidative protein folding in the endoplasmic reticulum and maintain cellular redox balance.TXNDC4 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived TXNDC4 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TXNDC4 (Thioredoxin Domain Containing 4) is a member of the thioredoxin family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including redox regulation, protein folding, and stress response. Research has increasingly focused on TXNDC4 due to its involvement in both normal physiological functions and pathological conditions, such as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. This protein is known to modulate cellular signaling pathways by interacting with key proteins involved in oxidative stress responses. Additionally, TXNDC4's ability to maintain thiol-redox balance makes it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant form of TXNDC4 has been utilized in various studies to elucidate its biological functions, determine its molecular interactions, and explore its potential as a biomarker for disease states. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of TXNDC4 through recombinant techniques can provide insights into its role in cellular homeostasis and highlight its therapeutic implications. Overall, the research on TXNDC4 recombinant protein is vital for deciphering the complexities of redox biology and its ramifications in both health and disease.
