Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HSPB2, a member of the small heat shock protein family, plays a crucial role in cellular stress responses and protein homeostasis. It is primarily expressed in striated muscles and has been implicated in various physiological processes, including muscle development and protection against oxidative stress. Dysregulation of HSPB2 has been associated with several muscle-related diseases, such as myopathies and cardiomyopathies, drawing significant attention from researchers. The recombinant expression of HSPB2 provides a valuable tool for studying its functional properties and the molecular mechanisms underlying its protective effects. By producing HSPB2 as a recombinant protein, scientists can investigate its interactions with other cellular proteins, its role in preventing aggregate formation under stress conditions, and its overall mechanism of action in muscle tissues. Additionally, recombinant HSPB2 can be utilized in therapeutic applications, including drug screening and the development of potential treatments for diseases linked to HSPB2 dysfunction. Understanding the biochemical characteristics and physiological roles of HSPB2 through recombinant protein research can ultimately lead to novel insights into muscle health and disease, as well as facilitate the identification of biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
