Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The HLA-A*02:01/B2M/GP100 (IMDQVPFSV) monomer is a recombinant protein that plays a significant role in immunology and cancer research, particularly in the study of T cell responses to melanoma. HLA-A*02:01 is one of the most common human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecules, known for presenting peptide fragments derived from intracellular proteins to CD8+ T cells, thus playing a critical role in the adaptive immune response. GP100 is a melanoma-associated antigen, and the peptide IMDQVPFSV is derived from this protein, making it a target for T cell-mediated immunotherapy. By studying this monomeric complex, researchers can gain insights into T cell receptor (TCR) recognition and activation, which is essential for developing effective cancer immunotherapies. Moreover, understanding the structural and functional dynamics of the HLA-A*02:01/B2M/GP100 complex can aid in the design of vaccines and adoptive T cell therapies that harness the immune system to specifically target and eliminate cancer cells, thus advancing treatment strategies for melanoma and potentially other malignancies. This research is vital for improving patient outcomes and personalizing cancer treatment based on individual immunogenic profiles. The monomeric form allows for detailed characterization and analysis, facilitating the exploration of its potential applications in immunotherapy and vaccine development.
