稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is a cytokine with potent anti-inflammatory properties, playing a crucial role in modulating immune responses. Its primary function involves inhibiting the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and promoting the differentiation of regulatory T cells. Given its therapeutic potential, research into IL-10 recombinant protein has gained significant attention, particularly concerning its application in autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammatory conditions, and various cancers. The ability of IL-10 to balance immune activity and suppress excessive inflammation makes it an attractive candidate for novel therapeutic strategies. Studies have shown that recombinant IL-10 can enhance wound healing, support tissue regeneration, and mitigate the adverse effects of inflammatory diseases. Furthermore, its potential role in immunotherapy, particularly in enhancing anti-tumor immunity, is being actively explored. Preclinical and clinical trials have demonstrated encouraging results, suggesting that IL-10 administration can lead to improved patient outcomes. However, challenges remain in optimizing dosing strategies, delivery methods, and understanding the broader implications of IL-10 interactions within the immune microenvironment. As researchers continue to unravel the complex mechanisms behind IL-10's actions, the development of IL-10-based therapies holds promise for a range of medical applications, paving the way for innovative treatment modalities in managing immune-related disorders.
