简介
The CD150/SLAMF1 protein is an autoligand receptor in the SLAM family that complexly regulates the activation and differentiation of immune cells and is critical for innate and adaptive immune responses. CD150/SLAMF1 exhibits unique signaling in T lymphocytes and B cells through fine-tuning of cytoplasmic adapter proteins including SH2D1A/SAP and/or SH2D1B/EAT-2. CD150/SLAMF1 Protein, Rat (HEK293, His) is the recombinant rat-derived CD150/SLAMF1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD150, also known as SLAMF1 (Signaling Lymphocyte Activation Molecule Family Member 1), is a cell surface glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in immune system regulation. It is predominantly expressed on lymphocytes, including T cells and B cells, and is involved in numerous immune responses, including cell activation, differentiation, and proliferation. CD150 serves as a co-stimulatory molecule, influencing interactions between immune cells and contributing to the development of adaptive immunity. Its dysregulation has been implicated in various autoimmune diseases, infections, and cancers. Research on CD150 has focused on its signaling pathways and biological functions, revealing its potential as a therapeutic target. Recombinant CD150/SLAMF1 protein production allows for detailed studies of its molecular mechanisms and its interactions with other immune receptors. Understanding the role of CD150 in immune responses can provide insights into devising novel immunotherapies and enhancing vaccine development strategies. Given its significance in immune functions and disease contexts, CD150/SLAMF1 remains an important subject for further investigation in immunology and therapeutic applications.
