稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Protein Description
CD105, also known as endoglin, is a type I transmembrane protein and a co-receptor for transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β), playing a crucial role in angiogenesis and vascular remodeling. It is primarily expressed on the surface of endothelial cells and is implicated in various physiological and pathological processes, including wound healing, tumor progression, and inflammatory responses. The significance of CD105 in these processes has led researchers to investigate its potential as a therapeutic target and a biomarker for several diseases, such as cancer and vascular disorders. The recombinant protein of CD105 is utilized in various research applications to better understand its biological functions and interactions within cellular pathways. Studies have shown that modulation of CD105 expression affects endothelial cell proliferation, migration, and tube formation, highlighting its importance in angiogenesis. Furthermore, CD105 has been identified as a promising target for targeted drug delivery and immunotherapy, given its restricted expression on activated endothelial cells in tumors. As such, ongoing research focuses on characterizing CD105/Endoglin recombinant proteins for their potential use in diagnostic and therapeutic strategies, paving the way for advancements in precision medicine and targeted cancer therapies. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of CD105 can provide insights into novel therapeutic approaches, enhancing the effectiveness of treatments for various diseases characterized by aberrant angiogenesis and vascular dysfunction.
