Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-17RA (Interleukin-17 receptor A) is a critical component of the IL-17 signaling pathway, which plays a significant role in immune responses, particularly in the context of autoimmune diseases and inflammatory conditions. The IL-17 family consists of several cytokines, with IL-17A being the most studied, known for its pro-inflammatory properties and its involvement in the pathogenesis of various diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and multiple sclerosis. The receptor IL-17RA is crucial for mediating the effects of IL-17A and is also involved in the signaling of other IL-17 family members. Research on IL-17RA recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to their potential therapeutic applications. These proteins can be utilized to block the interaction between IL-17 and its receptor, thereby mitigating inflammatory responses in disease models. Furthermore, the exploration of IL-17RA as a drug target has opened new avenues for developing biologics that can provide relief in conditions driven by IL-17 mediated pathways. As scientists continue to unravel the complexities of the immune system, IL-17RA and its associated pathways remain a promising focus for innovative treatments aimed at improving the quality of life for patients suffering from chronic inflammatory diseases. This research not only enhances our understanding of IL-17 signaling but also paves the way for future therapeutic strategies that could lead to the development of effective interventions targeting IL-17RA and its downstream effects in various pathologies.
