稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 3 (FGFR3) is a member of the fibroblast growth factor receptor family and plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and repair. The FGFR3 alpha (IIIb) isoform is particularly important in the context of several cancers, such as bladder and colorectal cancer, where mutations in the FGFR3 gene lead to aberrant signaling pathways that promote tumorigenesis and hinder apoptosis. Research has illuminated the significance of FGFR3 in skeletal disorders, particularly achondroplasia, where gain-of-function mutations result in dysregulated bone growth. Consequently, understanding FGFR3’s role and the molecular mechanisms by which it functions has become a focal point in developing targeted therapies. The recombinant FGFR3 alpha (IIIb) protein is therefore essential for functional studies, allowing researchers to investigate the receptor's interaction with ligands and downstream signaling pathways, evaluate its structure-function relationships, and assess the efficacy of potential inhibitors or agonists in a laboratory setting. This protein serves as a valuable tool in drug discovery efforts aimed at developing FGFR3-targeted therapeutics, with the potential to mitigate the effects of associated diseases. As such, the ongoing research into FGFR3 alpha (IIIb) recombinantly produced proteins continues to provide insights that could lead to novel treatment strategies for conditions linked to FGFR3 dysregulation.
