FGFR-1 alpha

简介
FGFR-1 alpha is a tyrosine-protein kinase receptor for fibroblast growth factor that is critical in embryonic development, cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. GnRH is essential for mesodermal patterning, axial organization, skeletogenesis, and nervous system development. FGFR-1 alpha Protein, Human (HEK293, C-His) is the recombinant human-derived FGFR-1 alpha protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 (FGFR-1) plays a critical role in numerous physiological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Abnormalities in FGFR-1 signaling pathways are often implicated in various human diseases, including cancers and developmental disorders. The FGFR-1 alpha isoform, which is the most studied variant, has been shown to mediate the effects of fibroblast growth factors (FGFs) on target cells. Research on FGFR-1 alpha recombinant proteins has gained considerable interest as they provide valuable tools for understanding the receptor's structural and functional properties. By producing these recombinant proteins, scientists can examine ligand-receptor interactions, signaling mechanisms, and downstream effects in a controlled environment. Additionally, FGFR-1 alpha recombinant proteins have potential therapeutic applications, including the development of targeted cancer therapies and treatments for fibrotic diseases. Through structural biology techniques, such as X-ray crystallography and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), researchers have begun to elucidate the 3D conformation of FGFR-1 alpha, contributing to our understanding of its activation and regulation. Overall, studying FGFR-1 alpha recombinant proteins is essential for advancing our knowledge of cellular signaling and developing novel therapeutic strategies to combat diseases associated with FGFR-1 dysregulation.
