简介
IL-17B is a proinflammatory cytokine and stimulates the release of tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNFα) and IL-1β. IL-17B plays an important role in cancer progression, angiogenesis, and inflammatory arthritis[1][2]. IL-17B Protein, Mouse (sf9, Fc) is a recombinant mouse IL-17B protein with hFc tag at the C-terminus and is expressed in Sf9 insect cells. It consists of 180 amino acids (M1-F180).

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-17B (IL-17B) is a member of the IL-17 cytokine family, which plays a significant role in the immune response and inflammatory processes. Initially identified for its involvement in autoimmune diseases, IL-17B has garnered attention for its potential implications in various pathophysiological conditions, including cancer, where it may influence tumor microenvironments and promote tumor progression. Research has revealed that IL-17B can stimulate the proliferation of various cell types, enhance the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines, and regulate adaptive immune responses. The recombinant form of IL-17B has emerged as a valuable tool for deciphering its biological functions and therapeutic potential. Studies involving IL-17B recombinant proteins have provided insights into its mechanisms of action, including receptor interaction and signaling pathways. As scientists explore therapeutic applications, such as targeted therapies for inflammatory diseases and cancer, understanding the precise role of IL-17B through recombinant protein studies is crucial for developing effective treatment strategies. Additionally, researchers are investigating the potential of IL-17B as a biomarker for disease progression and response to therapy. Overall, the ongoing research on IL-17B recombinant proteins is essential for unveiling its complex roles in health and disease, paving the way for innovative therapeutic approaches that harness its immunomodulatory properties.
