稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-12 receptor beta 2 (IL-12Rβ2) is a critical component of the IL-12 receptor complex, playing a pivotal role in the immune response by mediating the effects of interleukin-12 (IL-12), a cytokine involved in the differentiation of T cells and the activation of natural killer (NK) cells. The IL-12 signaling pathway is essential for the development of Th1 cells and the production of interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), which is crucial for the body’s defense against intracellular pathogens and tumor cells. Dysregulation of IL-12/IL-12R signaling has been implicated in various autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammatory conditions, and cancer progression. Given its significant role in immune regulation, IL-12Rβ2 has become a target for therapeutic intervention, with potential applications in immunotherapy and the development of novel treatments for cancer and infectious diseases. The research surrounding recombinant IL-12Rβ2 protein focuses on understanding its structure, function, and interaction with IL-12, as well as exploring its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of high-purity IL-12Rβ2, facilitating in-depth studies on its biological functions and interactions. Understanding IL-12Rβ2 at the molecular level may provide insights into developing strategies to manipulate immune responses for therapeutic benefits, making it a prominent candidate in translational immunology research.
