The ED50 this effect is 0.7284 μg/mL, corresponding to a specific activity is 1372.87 units/mg. 2.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.Immobilized PD1-His at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind PD-L1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc), the EC50 is 200-750 ng/mL, the EC50 is ≤530 ng/mL. Measured by its ability to inhibit anti-CD3-induced proliferation of stimulated CTLL-2 mouse cytotoxic T cells. The thermal stability is described by the loss rate.
