  • 稳定性测试

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • 保存条件 & 期限

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • 运输条件

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

G-CSFR (Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor Receptor) or CD114 is a crucial receptor involved in the regulation of hematopoiesis, particularly in the differentiation and proliferation of granulocyte precursors in the bone marrow. The binding of G-CSF (Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor) to G-CSFR activates signaling pathways that promote the survival, proliferation, and maturation of neutrophil progenitors, essential for the body's immune response. Research on G-CSFR/CD114 recombinant proteins has gained prominence due to their potential therapeutic applications in treating various hematological disorders, such as neutropenia, particularly in patients undergoing chemotherapy or bone marrow disorders. Understanding the structure and function of G-CSFR/CD114 can provide insights into the mechanisms of neutrophil regulation and may lead to the development of novel strategies to modulate the immune system. Moreover, due to its role in inflammatory responses, G-CSFR has been studied in the context of autoimmune diseases, where its modulation could offer new avenues for treatment. The generation of recombinant G-CSFR/CD114 proteins allows researchers to investigate the receptor's biology in controlled settings, paving the way for both basic and translational research aimed at leveraging G-CSF signaling for therapeutic benefits. This recombinant technology facilitates assays that can elucidate receptor-ligand interactions, signaling pathways, and the receptor's role in disease, thus enhancing our understanding of granulocyte physiology and its implications in various clinical conditions.
