Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FZD5, or Frizzled-5, is a member of the Frizzled gene family, which encodes a range of G protein-coupled receptors crucial for Wnt signaling pathways involved in various biological processes, including embryonic development, cell proliferation, and differentiation. Research has shown that FZD5 plays significant roles in both normal physiological functions and pathological conditions, such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases. The aberrant expression of FZD5 has been associated with tumor progression, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Several studies have focused on the characterization of FZD5 recombinant proteins to better understand their functions and interactions with Wnt ligands and other signaling molecules. These recombinant proteins facilitate the elucidation of the molecular mechanisms underlying FZD5-mediated signaling and offer insights into the development of FZD5-targeted drugs. The investigation of FZD5 also extends to its implications in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering, where modulation of its signaling pathway could enhance tissue repair and regeneration. Overall, the study of FZD5 recombinant proteins is pivotal for advancing our understanding of Wnt signaling and its role in health and disease.
