Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FSCN3 (forminspecific for actin cytoskeleton 3) is a member of the fascin family of proteins, which are known for their role in organizing and bundling actin filaments in various cell types, particularly in the context of cellular motility and morphology. Recent studies have indicated that FSCN3 plays a significant role in various physiological and pathological processes, including cell migration, differentiation, and cancer progression. Research on the recombinant expression of FSCN3 has gained attention because of its potential implications in understanding the mechanisms of cytoskeletal dynamics and cellular behavior. Recombinant FSCN3 proteins facilitate detailed studies of protein function, structure, and interactions within the cytoskeleton, thus providing insights into the molecular pathways that govern cellular processes. Additionally, investigating FSCN3's role in diseases, notably its overexpression in certain cancers, underscores the need for targeted therapeutic strategies. Therefore, producing and characterizing FSCN3 recombinant proteins is essential to unravel the complexities of actin-based movements and their implications in health and disease, paving the way for novel approaches in cancer treatment and regenerative medicine.
