Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LMF1 (Lipid Metabolism-regulating Factor 1) is a recently identified protein implicated in the regulation of lipid metabolism and energy homeostasis. Research has shown that LMF1 plays a crucial role in the assembly and secretion of lipoproteins, which are essential for the transport of lipids in the bloodstream. Alterations in LMF1 expression or function have been linked to various metabolic disorders, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying LMF1's function may provide insights into how lipid metabolism is regulated at the cellular level. Additionally, LMF1's relevance in different physiological contexts, such as cellular stress responses and inflammation, highlights its potential as a therapeutic target. As a result, recombinant LMF1 proteins have gained attention for use in elucidating its biological functions and exploring its role in disease mechanisms. Researchers are currently investigating LMF1's interactions with other proteins and its influence on metabolic pathways. This research could lead to novel approaches for the diagnosis and treatment of metabolic diseases, thereby advancing our understanding of lipid metabolism and its implications for human health.
