Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNASEN, a ribonuclease enzyme, plays a crucial role in the regulation of RNA metabolism, particularly in the processing and degradation of various RNA species, including small interfering RNAs and microRNAs. As a component of the RNA interference (RNAi) pathway, RNASEN is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and gene silencing mechanisms. Research into RNASEN has gained considerable attention due to its potential applications in gene therapy and the development of novel therapeutic strategies for diseases characterized by dysregulated RNA processes, such as cancer and viral infections. Moreover, understanding the structure-function relationships of RNASEN protein can reveal insights into its enzymatic activity and specificity, paving the way for the design of targeted RNA-based therapeutics. The recombinant expression of RNASEN in various host systems has facilitated detailed biochemical and structural studies, enabling researchers to unravel the complexities of its interaction with RNA substrates. Consequently, RNASEN serves not only as a pivotal tool for exploring RNA biology but also as a promising candidate for biotechnological and pharmaceutical innovations aimed at harnessing the power of RNA modulation in disease treatment.
