Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF543, a member of the zinc finger protein family, has garnered significant interest due to its potential role in gene regulation and its involvement in various biological processes. These proteins are characterized by their ability to bind DNA and other molecular partners, influencing transcriptional activity. Recent studies have suggested that ZNF543 may be implicated in developmental regulation and cellular differentiation, as well as in responses to environmental stimuli. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of ZNF543 is crucial, as it may provide insights into its regulatory mechanisms and interactions in the context of complex biological systems. Additionally, dysregulation of zinc finger proteins has been associated with several diseases, including cancer, adding to the significance of ZNF543 research. The generation of recombinant ZNF543 protein facilitates detailed investigations into its biochemical properties, stability, and interactions, enabling the exploration of its potential as a therapeutic target. The ongoing research aims to elucidate the precise functions of ZNF543 and its role in health and disease, providing a foundation for future applications in gene therapy and drug development.
