Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM26 (Tripartite Motif-containing 26) is a member of the TRIM family of proteins, which are known for their roles in various cellular processes, including immune response, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. The interest in TRIM26 has grown due to its potential implications in cancer biology and viral infections. Research has shown that TRIM26 can function as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, a key player in the ubiquitin-proteasome system that regulates protein degradation and cellular signaling pathways. Its ability to modulate the stability and activity of multiple substrates, including oncogenes and viral proteins, highlights its role in maintaining cellular homeostasis and influencing tumorigenesis. Additionally, TRIM26 has been implicated in the regulation of inflammatory responses, making it a target of interest in studies related to autoimmune diseases. Recent investigations have focused on developing recombinant TRIM26 proteins to better understand its functional mechanisms, interactions, and therapeutic potential. By characterizing this protein, researchers aim to uncover its role in disease processes, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies that could manipulate TRIM26 activity for beneficial outcomes in both cancer and viral infections. As such, TRIM26 represents an exciting frontier in molecular biology, with promising avenues for future research and potential clinical applications.
