稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD31, also known as Platelet Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule-1 (PECAM-1), is an immunoglobulin superfamily member primarily expressed on the surface of endothelial cells and platelets. This glycoprotein plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including leukocyte migration, angiogenesis, and maintaining vascular integrity. Given its significant involvement in inflammation and immune responses, CD31/PECAM-1 has garnered considerable attention in both basic and clinical research. Studies indicate that CD31 facilitates cell-cell interactions and the transendothelial migration of leukocytes, thus influencing the pathophysiology of various diseases, including atherosclerosis, cancer, and autoimmune disorders. The investigation of recombinant CD31/PECAM-1 proteins has opened new avenues for therapeutic interventions, providing insights into the development of antibodies and inhibitors that target this protein for disease treatment or prevention. Furthermore, understanding the structural and functional characteristics of CD31 can aid in the design of targeted therapies aimed at modulating its activity in pathological conditions. As a result, research surrounding CD31/PECAM-1 recombinant proteins is pivotal in exploring novel strategies for alleviating detrimental vascular and inflammatory processes, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target in the development of targeted therapies.
