    Aminopeptidase N/APN protein is a disulfide-bonded homotrimer functioning as a broad specificity aminopeptidase. It plays a crucial role in peptide digestion, peptide processing, antigen presentation, angiogenesis, and cholesterol crystallization. APN protein also interacts with the amino acid transporter SLC6A19 and acts as a receptor for human coronavirus 229E/HCoV-229E during infection.     The thermal stability is described by the loss rate.
