Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
COMMD10 is a member of the COMMD (COMM Domain Containing) protein family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including copper homeostasis, NF-κB signaling, and protein trafficking. The interest in COMMD10 has escalated due to its potential implications in diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Research indicates that COMMD10 may regulate the degradation of essential proteins and influence signaling pathways that are pivotal for cell survival and proliferation. Recently, recombinant COMMD10 protein has been produced to facilitate in-depth studies of its biochemical functions and interactions. Characterizing the structure and activity of this protein can provide insights into its role in cellular mechanisms and identify potential therapeutic targets. By using advanced techniques in molecular biology and biochemistry, scientists aim to elucidate how COMMD10 interacts with other cellular components, which could lead to a better understanding of its role in disease progression and the development of innovative treatment strategies. The challenge lies in establishing a stable recombinant form of COMMD10 that retains its biological activity, which is vital for conducting reliable functional assays and further dissecting its biological significance. Overall, the study of COMMD10 through recombinant protein expression is essential for advancing our knowledge of its function and the broader implications for human health.
