Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SHKBP1, or SH3KBP1, is a critical adaptor protein involved in various cellular processes, including signal transduction and endocytosis. It is known to interact with several key signaling molecules, particularly in the context of immune responses and cancer biology. Research has shown that SHKBP1 plays a role in modulating the activity of the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and T cell signaling pathways, making it an essential player in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. Given its involvement in pathophysiological conditions, including tumor progression and metastasis, the recombinant protein form of SHKBP1 offers a promising avenue for investigating its functional mechanisms and potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, studies involving SHKBP1 recombinant protein aim to elucidate its role in molecular interactions and to develop strategies for modulating its activity. Understanding the biochemical properties of SHKBP1 through recombinant technology enables researchers to explore its therapeutic potentials, including the development of specific inhibitors or enhancers that could alleviate disease processes linked to its dysregulation. This research underscores the significance of SHKBP1 not only as a molecular tool in basic research but also as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target in clinical applications.
