稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CMA1 (Cationic antimicrobial protein 1) is a significant protein involved in the innate immune response, particularly in the context of antimicrobial defense and inflammation. The study of recombinant CMA1 proteins has gained prominence due to their potential applications in biomedicine, including as therapeutic agents against various infections and as tools for understanding immune mechanisms. Traditionally, CMA1's role in host defense against pathogens such as bacteria and fungi has been well documented, but recent research has expanded its relevance to cancer immunotherapy and wound healing. The production of recombinant CMA1 allows for the detailed study of its structure-function relationship, facilitating the examination of its antimicrobial properties and mechanisms of action at a molecular level. By leveraging recombinant DNA technology, researchers can produce large quantities of CMA1 in host systems, such as bacteria or yeast, ensuring a steady supply for experimental purposes. Furthermore, insights gained from these studies can lead to the development of novel antimicrobial compounds, enhance vaccine efficacy, and provide a better understanding of autoimmune diseases. As research continues to unravel the complexities of CMA1's interactions within the immune system, there is a growing interest in exploring its therapeutic potential, making the study of CMA1 recombinant proteins a crucial area within molecular biology and immunology.
