稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C7orf10, or chromosome 7 open reading frame 10, is a gene that has garnered research interest due to its potential role in various biological processes and its association with certain diseases. Located on chromosome 7, C7orf10 encodes a protein that is hypothesized to be involved in cellular functions such as cell signaling and regulation. Studies indicate that C7orf10 may play a role in the development of certain cancers, neurological disorders, and autoimmune diseases, although its exact functions remain largely unexplored. The investigation of C7orf10-recombinant protein is crucial as it allows researchers to produce the protein in vitro for detailed functional studies and to explore its interactions with other cellular components. Protein recombination techniques also facilitate the production of antibodies that can be used for diagnostic purposes or to further understand its biological significance. Overall, research on C7orf10 and its recombinant protein may contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies and enhance our understanding of its role in health and disease.
