稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-7 receptor alpha (IL-7RA) is a pivotal component of the immune system, playing a crucial role in lymphocyte development, differentiation, and homeostasis. It is primarily involved in the signaling pathways of cytokines, particularly in the proliferation and survival of T and B cells. Dysregulation or mutations in IL-7RA have been associated with various immunological disorders, including severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) and autoimmune diseases. The therapeutic potential of recombinant IL-7RA proteins has garnered significant interest due to their ability to enhance immune responses, particularly in the context of cancer and viral infections. Research into the structure, function, and mechanisms of IL-7RA has led to advancements in understanding its role in immune regulation. Additionally, recombinant forms of IL-7RA are being explored for their potential in restoring immune function in immunocompromised patients and improving the effectiveness of immunotherapies. Investigating IL-7RA-based therapies could provide novel approaches to treat a wide range of diseases, highlighting its importance in both basic and translational immunology research.
