Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRR19, or pathogen recognition receptor 19, is a protein that plays a significant role in the immune response and is implicated in various biological processes, including inflammation and cell signaling. The research background of PRR19 stems from its association with the innate immune system, where it is believed to recognize specific patterns associated with pathogens. Understanding the structure and function of PRR19 is crucial because it could lead to insights into how the immune system regulates responses to infections and diseases. Recent studies have highlighted the potential of PRR19 as a biomarker for certain medical conditions, including autoimmune diseases and infections, suggesting that further investigation could open avenues for therapeutic interventions. Moreover, the recombinant expression of PRR19 allows for detailed studies of its functional properties, interactions with other cellular components, and its role in immunological disorders. By exploring its mechanisms, researchers aim to develop novel strategies to modulate immune responses, providing a promising direction for future drug design and therapeutic approaches.
