GIP protein is a potent stimulator of insulin secretion that critically regulates glucose homeostasis by promoting insulin release from pancreatic beta cells. GIP has limited inhibitory effects on gastric acid secretion and plays dual roles in nutrient sensing and metabolic regulation, particularly in postprandial glucose metabolism. GIP Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived GIP protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate.
