Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RSU1 (Rap1GAP-activating protein 1) is a key regulator of the Rap1 signaling pathway, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and proliferation. Dysregulation of this pathway is often implicated in cancer and other diseases, making RSU1 a significant target for therapeutic intervention. The research on RSU1 recombinant proteins focuses on understanding its structure and function, providing insights into its mechanisms of action. By producing and studying RSU1 as a recombinant protein, researchers can investigate its interactions with various signaling molecules and its role in cellular responses. Additionally, the ability to produce RSU1 in a controlled environment enables high-throughput screening for potential modulators, which can lead to the development of novel drugs. Understanding RSU1's function not only enhances the knowledge of the Rap1 pathway but also contributes to the broader field of cell signaling, potentially uncovering new avenues for tackling diseases characterized by abnormal cell behavior.
