Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAST3 (Microtubule Associated Serine/Threonine Kinase 3) is a member of the MAST (Microtubule-Associated Serine/Threonine Kinase) family, which plays crucial roles in regulating microtubule dynamics, cellular signaling, and various cellular processes including cell division and differentiation. It has garnered interest in recent years due to its potential implications in cancer biology and neurodegenerative diseases. MAST3 is thought to influence centrosome organization and stabilize microtubules, which are essential for maintaining cellular structure and function. Research into MAST3 has highlighted its role in signaling pathways that govern cell growth and survival, positioning it as a significant factor in tumorigenesis. Additionally, its expression is linked to various cancer types, raising questions about its potential as a therapeutic target. The study of MAST3 recombinant proteins offers valuable insights into its functional mechanisms, providing a platform for understanding its biological roles and exploring its therapeutic potential. Investigating MAST3 through recombinant protein techniques enables researchers to dissect its structure-function relationships, identify interaction partners, and elucidate its contribution to cellular processes. Overall, the exploration of MAST3's biological significance is crucial for advancing our understanding of its role in health and disease, highlighting the importance of continued research in this area.
