稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAGEB3 (Melanoma Antigen Gene B3) is a member of the MAGE gene family, which is known for its role in tumor immunity and oncogenic processes. The expression of MAGEB3 is generally restricted to certain types of tumors, particularly melanoma and other malignant neoplasms, making it a promising target for cancer immunotherapeutic strategies. Research into MAGEB3 recombinant protein has gained momentum due to its potential as a cancer vaccine candidate, aiming to elicit potent anti-tumor immune responses. MAGEB3 is often used as a model for the study of cancer testis antigens (CTAs), which are proteins typically expressed in the male germline but aberrantly activate in various cancers. Creating recombinant MAGEB3 proteins enables scientists to investigate their immunogenic properties and develop novel vaccine formulations. Studies have shown that the MAGEB3 protein can stimulate T-cell responses, highlighting its potential for application in personalized immunotherapy. Furthermore, understanding the structural and functional characteristics of MAGEB3 could inform the design of targeted therapies that harness the body's immune response against tumors expressing this antigen. With the increasing focus on personalized medicine and the importance of harnessing the immune system to combat cancer, the research on MAGEB3 recombinant proteins is paving the way for innovative treatment strategies and expanding our understanding of tumor-specific antigens in cancer immunology.
