稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LSMD1 (Leukocyte-Specific Membrane Protein 1) is a recently identified protein that plays a critical role in the immune response and cellular signaling pathways. Research on LSMD1 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in various inflammatory conditions and autoimmune diseases. The protein is predominantly expressed in leukocytes, suggesting a significant function in leukocyte activation and migration, which are essential processes in immune defense. Preliminary studies indicate that LSMD1 may interact with various signaling molecules, influencing cytokine production and cell adhesion properties. Understanding the structure-function relationship of LSMD1 could provide insights into its role in immune regulation and uncover potential therapeutic targets for diseases characterized by excessive inflammation or dysregulated immune responses. Moreover, the development of recombinant LSMD1 protein has opened avenues for further functional studies and investigations into its mechanisms at the molecular level. As researchers delve deeper into the biology of LSMD1, there is growing interest in its application as a biomarker for immune-related disorders and its potential as a novel target for immunotherapy, highlighting the necessity for rigorous studies to elucidate its biological significance and therapeutic potential.
