Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ETB (Endothelin B receptor) recombinant proteins have emerged as a focal point in biomedical research due to their critical roles in various physiological processes and pathological conditions. The endothelin signaling pathway, particularly involving the ETB receptor, is implicated in many cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, and cancer. Researchers have sought to understand the mechanisms by which ETB contributes to cellular functions such as vasodilation, neurotransmission, and cell proliferation. The production of recombinant ETB proteins allows for detailed study of their structure, function, and interaction with ligands or antagonists, enabling insights into receptor signaling pathways. Moreover, these recombinant proteins serve as valuable tools for drug discovery and therapeutic development, as they can be used in assays to screen potential compounds and elucidate their effects on ETB-mediated signaling. The advancement of recombinant DNA technology and protein expression systems has facilitated the generation of high-quality ETB proteins, providing researchers with the means to explore their biological significance and therapeutic potential in treating diseases linked to endothelin dysregulation. Overall, the study of ETB recombinant proteins not only enhances our understanding of endothelin biology but also opens avenues for targeted therapeutic strategies in various disease contexts.
