Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MZB1, or MZB1 protein, is a pivotal component in immune system function and has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its role in the development and activation of immune cells. Initially identified as an essential protein in B cells, MZB1 is involved in the regulation of immunoglobulin secretion, influencing both humoral and cellular immunity. Its expression is upregulated during certain immune responses, indicating its potential as a biomarker for immune activation. Research has shown that MZB1 interacts with various signaling pathways and is implicated in the maintenance of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) homeostasis, particularly under conditions of cellular stress. The protein's ability to assist in the correct folding and assembly of immunoglobulins showcases its importance in antibody production. Furthermore, MZB1's role extends to the modulation of inflammation and the response to pathogens, making it a candidate for therapeutic applications. Understanding the structure and function of MZB1 through recombinant protein studies can offer insights into its mechanisms and potential as a target for enhancing immune responses or developing new treatments for immune-related disorders. As the breadth of research expands, MZB1 is increasingly recognized for its contributions to both basic immunology and clinical applications, paving the way for innovative strategies in immunotherapy and vaccine development.
