稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BMP2K (Bone Morphogenetic Protein 2 Kinase) is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a crucial role in bone development and homeostasis. Its involvement in the BMP signaling pathway, which is vital for osteogenesis and cartilage formation, has garnered significant interest in recent years. BMP2K is believed to modulate BMP signaling by phosphorylating specific transcription factors, thereby influencing gene expression related to bone and cartilage differentiation. Research has shown that alterations in BMP2K activity are linked to various bone disorders, including osteoporosis and osteosarcoma, making it a potential therapeutic target. Understanding the structure, function, and regulatory mechanisms of BMP2K can provide insights into its role in skeletal development and disease. Additionally, the development of recombinant BMP2K proteins facilitates detailed studies of its biochemical properties and interactions, paving the way for innovative therapeutic strategies aimed at bone regeneration and repair. As the demand for effective treatments for bone-related conditions increases, BMP2K remains a focal point for ongoing research aimed at elucidating its complex biological functions and potential applications in regenerative medicine.
