稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of MLEC (Mannose Receptor Endocytic Cargo) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in recent years due to their crucial role in various biological processes, including immune response, cell signaling, and pathogen interaction. MLEC, characterized by its ability to bind mannose and other sugar residues, is involved in the uptake and processing of glycoproteins and pathogens by macrophages and dendritic cells, thus playing a vital role in innate immunity. Researchers are particularly interested in the potential of MLEC-derived recombinant proteins for therapeutic applications, such as targeted drug delivery and vaccine development. By engineering these proteins, scientists aim to enhance their specificity and efficacy, allowing for better modulation of immune responses. Moreover, the development of MLEC recombinant proteins can pave the way for novel therapies for various diseases, including infections and cancers. Understanding the structural and functional properties of these proteins will provide insights into their mechanisms of action and their interactions with other cellular components, ultimately contributing to advances in immunology and biotechnology. As a result, ongoing research into MLEC recombinant proteins is not only elucidating their biological significance but also exploring innovative ways to leverage their unique properties for medical applications.
