Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KLRB1, or Killer Cell Lectin-Like Receptor B1, is a key receptor predominantly expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and certain subsets of T cells. It plays a crucial role in the immune response by recognizing and binding to specific ligands on target cells, ultimately influencing the activation, inhibition, and cytotoxic functions of these immune cells. Research into KLRB1 is of significant interest due to its potential implications in cancer immunotherapy, infectious disease responses, and autoimmune disorders. The receptor's ability to modulate NK cell activity provides insights into developing strategies that enhance or inhibit immune responses, offering prospects for therapeutic interventions. Recombinant KLRB1 proteins have been utilized to study its structural and functional properties, enabling a deeper understanding of its interactions with ligands and downstream signaling pathways. By investigating the implications of KLRB1 in immune regulation, researchers aim to uncover novel targets for therapeutic applications and improve the efficacy of existing immunotherapies. Overall, the study of KLRB1 recombinant proteins represents a promising avenue for advancing our understanding of immune modulation and enhancing treatment strategies for various diseases.
