Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
High Mobility Group A1 (HMGA1) proteins are architectural transcription factors that play a crucial role in regulating gene expression, influencing cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Aberrant expression of HMGA1 has been linked to various cancers, making it a significant subject of research in cancer biology. These proteins are known for their ability to bind to AT-rich regions of the DNA, facilitating the assembly of transcriptional complexes and modulating the chromatin structure. The study of HMGA1 recombinant proteins aims to understand their functional mechanisms and interactions at a molecular level. Researchers utilize techniques such as recombinant DNA technology to produce HMGA1 proteins, allowing for detailed structural and functional analyses. Investigating HMGA1's role in tumorigenesis also opens avenues for developing targeted therapies and biomarkers for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Overall, the exploration of HMGA1 recombinant proteins is integral to elucidating the complex regulatory networks involved in cellular homeostasis and malignancy.
