稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HORMAD1, a member of the HORMA domain-containing protein family, plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly during meiosis and DNA damage response. It is involved in critical mechanisms such as homologous recombination and the repair of double-strand breaks, which are essential for maintaining genomic stability. Studies have indicated that HORMAD1 is required for the assembly of the synaptonemal complex, a structure vital for chromosome pairing and segregation during meiosis. Furthermore, research has suggested that dysregulation of HORMAD1 can lead to impaired gametogenesis and increased susceptibility to various diseases, including infertility and certain types of cancer. The recombinant expression of HORMAD1 protein has been utilized in various studies to elucidate its functional role in meiotic progression and to explore its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlining HORMAD1's function could provide insights into the complexities of chromosome dynamics and genetic integrity, ultimately contributing to advancements in reproductive biology and cancer therapy.
