Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MYO1G, a member of the myosin superfamily, encodes a class I myosin motor protein that is involved in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, membrane trafficking, and cytoskeletal dynamics. Research on MYO1G has gained attention due to its potential role in cellular motility and its implications in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. MYO1G has been shown to interact with phosphoinositides and other proteins, facilitating the transport of cellular components and influencing cellular architecture. The necessity of understanding MYO1G's structure and function has led to the pursuit of recombinant MYO1G protein production, allowing for detailed biochemical studies. These studies can elucidate the protein's mechanistic roles and regulatory mechanisms within the cell. Furthermore, recombinant MYO1G can serve as a valuable tool for therapeutic development and provide insights into the molecular basis of diseases associated with myosin dysfunction. By harnessing advanced protein expression technologies, researchers aim to produce functional MYO1G, enabling a comprehensive exploration of its properties and applications in cell biology and medicine.
