Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MYO1F, a member of the unconventional myosin family, is an important motor protein involved in various cellular processes, particularly in endocytosis, vesicle trafficking, and cellular signaling. Research into MYO1F has gained momentum due to its potential roles in both physiological and pathological contexts. This myosin is known to interact with actin filaments, facilitating movement along them, which is crucial for processes like membrane dynamics and organelle transport. Abnormalities in MYO1F expression or function are implicated in several diseases, including cancer, where altered cellular motility and adhesion properties play a critical role in tumor progression and metastasis. Furthermore, MYO1F has recently been associated with neurological disorders, highlighting its importance in neuronal function and connectivity. The recombinant expression of MYO1F is essential for studying its structure, function, and interactions at the molecular level. By generating MYO1F recombinant proteins, researchers can employ various biochemical and biophysical techniques to elucidate its mechanistic roles and explore its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the precise functions and regulatory mechanisms of MYO1F could offer insights into its contributions to cellular homeostasis and disease, paving the way for novel intervention strategies.
