稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FGFBP1, or Fibroblast Growth Factor Binding Protein 1, is a key player in cellular processes related to angiogenesis, wound healing, and tissue regeneration. This protein binds to fibroblast growth factors (FGFs), modulating their activity and stability, which can significantly influence developmental and pathological processes. Research has highlighted the role of FGFBP1 in various diseases, including cancer, where it may contribute to tumor angiogenesis and metastasis. Given its involvement in crucial biological functions, FGFBP1 has emerged as a potential therapeutic target, prompting investigations into its structure and function. The production of recombinant FGFBP1 protein allows for detailed studies into its biochemical properties, interactions with FGFs, and its role in cellular signaling pathways. Understanding these dynamics can provide insights into its function in health and disease, paving the way for novel interventions in therapies aimed at modulating FGF signaling. Consequently, recombinant FGFBP1 is being explored not only for its biological significance but also for its potential applications in regenerative medicine and cancer therapy, where precise manipulation of growth factor dynamics could lead to improved outcomes.
