稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SART3, a member of the cancer/testis antigen family, has garnered significant attention in the field of immunology and cancer research due to its specific expression in testicular germ cells and certain tumors, making it a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and a target for immunotherapy. Research indicates that SART3 plays a role in cellular processes such as pre-mRNA splicing and has been implicated in tumorigenesis. Characterizing SART3 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed studies of its structure, function, and immunogenic properties, which can enhance our understanding of its role in cancer development. Moreover, the generation of SART3 recombinant proteins facilitates the exploration of its potential as a therapeutic target, paving the way for vaccine development aimed at eliciting an immune response against cancer cells expressing this antigen. Investigating SART3 not only contributes to the broader knowledge of cancer/testis antigens but also holds promise for improving precision medicine approaches in oncology, where targeting specific tumor antigens can lead to more effective treatments with fewer side effects.
