稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TPR (Tetratricopeptide Repeat) proteins are a fascinating family of proteins characterized by their repetitive structural motif, which plays critical roles in various cellular processes. The study of TPR proteins has gained traction due to their involvement in essential functions such as protein-protein interactions, chaperone activity, and regulatory mechanisms within the cell. These proteins facilitate the assembly of multiprotein complexes, thereby influencing cellular signaling, transcription, and post-translational modifications. Moreover, TPR-containing proteins are implicated in various biological processes, including cell cycle regulation and response to stress, making them significant in both normal physiology and disease states. Recent research has illustrated their potential roles in the pathology of several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, pointing to their importance as therapeutic targets. Understanding the structural and functional diversity of TPR proteins could unveil new biological insights and pave the way for developing novel biomedical applications. As a result, ongoing studies aim to elucidate their mechanisms of action, explore their roles in cellular pathways, and investigate their applicability in drug design and targeted therapies. The growing interest in TPR proteins underscores the need for comprehensive analyses that bridge molecular biology, biochemistry, and pharmacology, potentially leading to breakthroughs in treating complex diseases.
